We asked a young lady in the park if she would take our picture. She thought we would look better cock-eyed, I guess!

US AGAIN STRAIGHT!

AND THEN ... before we depart, someone recalls (I think Karen) that there is an old concrete slide, a memory from childhood. I believe others recalled the slide and park as well. So off we trot, four of us, in our old ways of seeking out adventure. Finding the slide three of us brave a ride. All the while a little girl hugs a tree close by wondering if those old ladies will ever leave so she could enjoy sliding. As we leave someone shouts to her that her wait is over! To her great relief she begins to make her way slowly over to the spot. I guess we looked a little intimidating! At this moment I was feeling rather old.
