Oat Bran-Walnut Whip

Five years ago I discovered that I had a dairy intolerance. I love dairy, especially ice cream and butter. In an attempt to replace butter with a low-calorie spread, I developed oat bran-walnut whip. The spread is delicious  fresh raisin-nut bread, toast and crackers. Follow the easy recipe below. Makes about 6 tablespoons whip.
