Spaghetti Soup


INGREDIENTS

1 CUPS Minestrone soup CLICK HERE for recipe
2 ounces of spaghetti, broken into small pieces
1 1/2 CUPS water

Using the above ingredients and follow the process below to make
2 cups of Spaghetti Soup.

weigh spaghetti

Weigh out 2 oz of spaghetti.

Boil spaghetti in 1 1/2 cups water
8 - 10 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN.

Lower heat to warm and push Minestrone soup
through food mill directly into hot spaghetti.

Discard soup residue.

Bring soup back to a slow boil.
Cook until desired consistency.

2 cups

Sprinkle top with Nutritional Yeast Seasoning to enhance taste.
